Die Siedler, Gothic und Crysis – es gibt sie, bekannte und erfolgreiche Videospiele aus Deutschland. Doch leider sind es noch viel zu wenige. Zwar ist Deutschland der fünft größte Absatzmarkt für Videospiele weltweit, aber eigene Produktionen machen von diesem Umsatz nur einen Bruchteil aus.
